ActiveReports | Junior Technical Support Engineer

업무 내용

This position is responsible for supporting the revenue generation for ActiveReports product by handling the pre/post technical sales issues. This position is the core position to assist the senior technical support engineer of ActiveReports. The key critical success factor would be communications with Customers, senior technical support engineer and other team members.

Job Responsibilities

  • Constantly review incoming customer requests, bugs and outstanding issues
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement product messaging and competitive advantages
  • Timely release of the product as a complete local package with up-to-date documentation, and product samples
  • On-going Collaboration

    Assist in the sales process with customer demos as needed.Answer questions of products from Technical Support and Marketing.Create contents for multiple purposes (to forums, customers, etc.).

  • Escalate risk/concern that can affect the product to the product manager
  • Other duties as assigned in support of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
  • Knowledge of modern relational databases and SQL statements
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, public speaking) for effective communication with a diverse audience
  • Basic English reading and writing abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to effectively represent the "voice of the customer" and develop detailed specifications
  • Adherence to high standards of ethical conduct

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience of report generation tools, such as Crystal Report or comparable reporting products
  • Knowledge of Java or .NET
