Announcement Regarding the Succession of Our English Language Education Curriculum Business Due to Company Divestment.
MESCIUS inc.("We" or "Our") is pleased to announce that, with the goal to
further expand the GrapeSEED business, we will complete the divestment of this business as of April 1,
2024. The business will be taken over by GrapeSEED Incorporated.
Under the new structure, all
employees are committed to continual improvement and dedicated efforts. We kindly request for your
ongoing support and cooperation.
Background of the Company Divestment:
We guided by our vision to "To serve the world." have been developing an innovative English language curriculum for children learning English as a second language for approximately 15 years. The succession of this business to GrapeSEED Incorporated, which specializes in English education, will accelerate the evolution and expansion of the curriculum, contributing to the future success of English-learning children and addressing the societal challenge of nurturing global talent. This development aligns with the realization of our vision.
